My name is Harpreet and I am the founder of Sleep Catcher. If you and your family have been dreaming of sleep, you have come to the right place.

I understand the struggles of juggling every day life alongside bringing up a family. After working with a sleep consultant for our first born son Rajan, my family’s life transformed and as I spoke to others in similar situations, I quickly learnt that there was a real need for this service.

I am a passionate advocate for helping babies and children learn healthy sleep habits. There is no need for families to continue struggling with sleep deprivation and there is also no need to let babies and children simply cry-it-out.

I have undertaken training and mentorship under Dana Obleman whose Sleep Sense™ program has helped over 100,000 families worldwide. I work with families to create sleep plans individually tailored to your child and am committed to empowering parents with the knowledge and skills to help their children.
